Our client, a leader in the medical device industry, is seeking a 2nd Shift Assembler to join their team. As a 2nd Shift Assembler, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting quality assurance and production efficiency. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and excellent communication skills which will align successfully in the organization. **Job Title:** 2nd Shift Assembler **Location:** Cypress, CA **Pay Range:** $18 per hour **What's the Job?** + Assemble medical device components, fastening parts, ensuring correct connections and fit. + Inspect and verify assembled components meet specifications, resolving issues as needed. + Follow HIPAA, ISO 13485, Joint Commission, and OSHA standards. + Comply with company policies, procedures, and quality standards. + Communicate any stoppages on the line to the lead. **What's Needed?** + 1+ years of experience with assembly in manufacturing or small device assembly. + Ability to read, write, and communicate in English. + High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. + Willingness to work overtime on Saturdays when needed. + Ability to perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
