At Prosci, we help some of the world’s leading organisations navigate complex change. Now, we’re looking for a commercially-minded leader to help shape the future of government transformation across ANZ, and we’re doing it with flexibility at the core. 

This is a rare opportunity to step into a Senior Business Development Manager role, based in Canberra, working part-time (3 days per week), and focused on expanding Prosci’s presence in the public sector. You’ll bring your expertise, your relationships, and your sharp commercial acumen, and we’ll give you the autonomy, structure, and support to make a real impact.

Your Value in 3 High-Impact Days:

• Build trusted partnerships across federal and state government agencies in ANZ.
• Lead the full business development lifecycle from strategic prospecting to proposal to close.
• Partner with senior leaders and internal teams to position Prosci’s market-leading change management solutions.
• Shape deals that enable public and enterprise sector clients to lead better, faster, and more human-centred change.
• Represent Prosci in Canberra and beyond as a credible, confident voice in change and transformation.
