**About the Role**
We are hiring motivated **Outbound Call Center Sales Agents** to be part of our fast-growing team. This is a **performance-based sales role** where you’ll be provided with warm leads daily — no cold prospecting required. If you’re driven by results and want to maximize your earnings, this is the perfect opportunity.
**What You’ll Do**
* Place **200+ outbound calls per day** to pre-qualified contacts.
* Build rapport and engage in professional, persuasive conversations.
* Follow the proven sales framework to qualify prospects and close deals.
* Maintain accurate records in our CRM and call tracking system.
* Consistently hit daily/weekly sales and revenue goals.
* Participate in regular coaching sessions with the Sales Manager.
**Who We’re Looking For**
* At least 1 year of **sales, telemarketing, or call center experience**.
* Comfortable with **high call volumes** and structured targets.
* Excellent **spoken and written English** communication.
* Confident, persuasive, and highly competitive.
* Reliable internet, headset, and computer for remote work.
* Available to work **US business hours (night shift, PH time)**, 6 days a week.
