Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to provide strategic leadership for our client. The CEO will oversee all business operations, develop long-term strategies, and foster a culture of excellence in the residential roofing market. Reporting to the Board of Directors, the CEO will ensure sustainable growth, operational efficiency, and industry leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve company goals, including revenue growth, market expansion, and operational excellence in residential roofing.
Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation, to ensure profitability and sustainability.
Lead and inspire a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation.
Build and maintain strong relationships with homeowners, vendors, and industry partners.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
Represent our client in the Knoxville community, industry events, and media to enhance brand reputation.
Identify and capitalize on market opportunities to drive business development and competitive positioning in the residential sector.
Provide regular updates to the Board of Directors on company performance, challenges, and strategic initiatives.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Minimum of 10 years of executive leadership experience, with a strong background in accounting (e.g., financial analysis, budgeting, or profit optimization).
Proven track record of driving business growth, improving profitability, and leading high-performing teams.
Experience in the residential roofing or construction industry, including knowledge of market trends and best practices, is highly desirable.
Strong financial acumen with expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and cost management.
Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and align diverse teams.
Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to navigate complex challenges.
Ability to travel as needed for business development and industry events.
