Job Summary

We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time Senior Clinical Research Associate I based in the US, specifically in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Our client is seeking individuals who are passionate about advancing clinical research and supporting clinical drug development for the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industry. Key Responsibilities

• Performing start-up, initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits along with maintaining appropriate documentation.
• Developing skills and knowledge on clinical trials within a wide scope of therapeutic areas.
• Monitoring all aspects of studies to ensure compliance with GCP, study protocol, and regulatory requirements, and preparing monitoring reports.
• Development and review of study protocols and other study-related documents.
• Preparing ethics submissions and assisting in the preparation of Clinical Study Reports.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in monitoring clinical trials.
• A degree in science or other healthcare-related discipline.
• 4 to 5 years of experience working as a Senior Clinical Research Associate in the pharmaceutical or CRO industry.
• Solid knowledge of the drug development process, clinical trial monitoring procedures, GCP guidelines, and medical terminology.
• Ability to show initiative and work well autonomously with minimal supervision.
