Are you ready to launch your career in global logistics? We're seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Logistics Analyst to join our client's Integrated Logistics team. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a crucial role in international shipping, working with teams across the globe and gaining valuable experience in a fast-paced environment. This position is located in Morton, IL, with an onsite schedule of Tuesday-Thursday.
What You'll Do:
Oversee International Shipments: You'll be the point person for tracking shipments, ensuring timely delivery, and proactively addressing any disruptions.
Solve Logistics Puzzles: Collaborate with North American facilities and transportation providers (ocean carriers, customs brokers, freight forwarders) to resolve any issues that arise.
Provide Top-Notch Service: Give shipment status updates, manage requests for changes or expedited shipping, and answer questions about costs, transit times, and more.
Handle Essential Admin: Manage a shared inbox, gather information for manual purchase order requests, and perform track-and-trace tasks as needed.

What You'll Bring:
High school diploma or GED with 2-4 years of experience in transportation or international supply chain; an associate's or bachelor's degree is a plus.

Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Experience in customer service with a focus on quick responses.

A background in international shipping, supply chains, or geography.
Degrees in political science, international relations, international business, supply chain, or geography.
The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and resolve challenges effectively.
Work Environment:
Hybrid schedule: Onsite Tuesday-Thursday; optional remote work on Monday and Friday.
