Job Description

Position: Journeyman Plumber | Service

We are seeking a full-time plumber, with at least a Journeyman’s license, to join our growing service team. The ideal candidate will have experience providing exceptional service to residential and commercial clients and be familiar with common repair and replacement service work. Experience in performing repairs on different piping systems, snaking and unclogging drains, fixing leaks, and installing fixtures like water heaters, is preferred. Additionally, this role will work with and develop lower-level apprentice plumbers.

Scope of Opportunity

• Diagnose plumbing problems and perform repairs
• Install, assemble, maintain, and repair pipes and plumbing fixtures
• Locate and repair water line leaks and remove clogs
• Installing and/or repair household appliance including but not limited to water heaters, toilets, sinks, dishwashers, ice machines, etc.
• Test plumbing and other fixtures to ensure proper function
• Follow state laws and regulations and adhere to local plumbing and building codes

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Perform routine service on residential and commercial properties
• Where required, troubleshoot and problem solve for issues as they arise
• Lead and manage apprentice plumbers and helpers
• Work in an ever-changing environment
• Frequently lift between 10-60 pounds
• Occasionally lift between 60-100 pounds

Requires:

• Preferred: High school diploma or equivalent
• Required: Journeyman Plumber License in the state of Texas
• Valid Driver’s License
• Reliable transportation to work
• Must be willing to work overtime if needed
• Rotating on-call duty

Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm
