Job Description

To be considered for this role, you must possess the following qualifications:

1. A minimum of 2 years of experience working as a lawyer, in a judicial institution, or as a professional researcher in the field of legal affairs;
2. A strong academic background in law, preferably with a focus on corporate law, intellectual property law, or international trade law;
3. Proven experience in solving complex legal problems for businesses in an international context;
4. Excellent legal research, analytical, and communication skills;
5. Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in other languages is highly desirable.

We specialize in providing tailored HR solutions to clients across various industries worldwide, including trade, mining, energy, and semiconductors, among others. Our clients are located globally, spanning across Europe, Africa, Asia, America, and more. The primary responsibilities of the Legal Affairs Consultant will include, but not be limited to:

1. Providing legal advice and support to clients on a range of legal issues, including but not limited to corporate law, intellectual property law, and international trade law;
2. Conducting legal research and analysis on legal trends, regulatory changes, and their potential impact on clients' businesses;
3. Assisting clients in developing and implementing effective legal strategies to navigate complex legal environments;
4. Identifying potential legal risks and opportunities for clients in different regions and industries;
5. Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government officials, industry experts, and other influential individuals;
6. Preparing and delivering presentations and reports to clients on key legal findings and recommendations.
