The Club at Renaissance opened its doors in 2003 featuring a championship Arthur Hills-designed golf course hailed as one of the best in southwest Florida. Shortly thereafter, in 2004, the David Humphrey-designed clubhouse was completed. Its Mediterranean-inspired design immediately garnered awards and accolades for architecture and interior design from some of the nation's most respected associations and publications. In addition, the golf course earned Golfweek Magazine's America's Top 40 New Golf Courses 2005.Our Club exists today as one of the lowest-density clubs in Southwest Florida, offering a cherished experience for our Members and Guests. With only 386 homesites on 500 acres, you will immediately feel its unequaled togetherness and a sense of comfort. We recently reinvented every inch of our facility - all amenities have been totally transformed.
