From fitness and music to themed events, brain games, and crafts, you’ll help make each day fun and fulfilling. This role includes serving as a backup driver for resident outings and appointments. A clean motor vehicle record is required. Key Responsibilities * Assist in planning and delivering daily, weekly, and monthly activity programs * Lead and support creative activities such as games, crafts, fitness, music, storytelling, and themed events * Bring fresh ideas to keep programs fun, inclusive, and engaging * Encourage resident participation and support their involvement * Track and report attendance, mood, and feedback from residents * Collaborate with residents and families to customize activities * Serve as a backup driver for outings, trips, and transportation as needed Qualifications * Friendly, outgoing, and creative personality with a love for working with seniors * Dependable, responsible, and a strong self-starter * Comfortable lifting/moving 50+ pounds (tables, chairs, supplies) * Valid Food Handlers Permit (or willing to obtain) * Clean motor vehicle record (MVR) and ability to drive a community vehicle * Previous experience in a similar role is a plus, but not required We look forward to hearing from you!
