We’re looking for a mechanically minded team player with a strong maintenance background and a proactive approach to problem-solving and safety. You’ll bring:

2–3 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting, or equivalent training/experience.

Strong understanding of mechanical systems , including pneumatics, hydraulics, and basic electrical systems.

Ability to read equipment manuals , blueprints, and schematics.

Technical math skills , especially when it comes to gear ratios, motor speeds, etc.

PLC experience is a plus .

High school diploma or GED required .

Ability to work in physically demanding environments (we encounter heat, noise, tight spaces, and heights regularly).

A reliable, team-first attitude and clear communication skills.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications.

These extra skills aren’t required, but they’ll help you hit the ground running and make an even bigger impact from day one.

MIG/TIG or stick welding experience ; certification preferred but not required.

Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and food safety protocols (e.g., SQF, USDA, FDA).

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or on-call to support the plant’s 24/7 operations.
