Are you skilled in maintaining large-scale molds? Here, your role is pivotal in propelling the Class 8 Heavy Truck sector.

Your Role:

• Scrutinize job specs to calibrate machines and determine material requirements.
• Create necessary components using CAD for maintenance tasks.
• Execute part duplications when necessary, even without CAD backing.
• Handle adjustments with accuracy, utilizing calipers and micrometers.
• Spearhead tooling preparations in line with the production schedule.
• Investigate and resolve molding issues effectively.
• Ensure uninterrupted production operations.
• Pinpoint and fix tooling complications.
• Measure and validate machine operations for precision.
• Check all new molds for operation readiness.
• Conduct regular crane and equipment inspections.
• Prioritize preventative upkeep for tools and molds.

Your Path to Excellence:

• High school diploma or GED is a prerequisite.
• An ideal candidate has a one-year technical credential plus three years' machine shop experience, but equivalent background combinations will be considered.
• Mastery in surface grinding within tight tolerances is non-negotiable.
• Proficiency in using overhead cranes and forklifts is required.
• An ability to interpret micrometers and CAD designs is essential.
