Role : Project Manager Coordinator 

Location : Oklahoma City- No Remote 

Pay Rate Range : $25-30/hourly- Up to $60,000 annually depending on experience

Job Summary  

The Project Manager Coordinator will partner closely with Project Management leadership and work across functional teams to support organizational initiatives. This role involves aiding Project Managers in organizing ongoing projects, managing schedules, tracking tasks, coordinating and participating in meetings, and ensuring timely delivery of milestones. 

Adaptability is key, as responsibilities may include operational tasks beyond specific projects but still aligned with the candidate’s core skills. 

Principal Responsibilities  

  • Coordinate efforts among team members and external partners to ensure business initiatives are delivered according to scope. 
  • Monitor project progress, maintain task visibility, and communicate updates clearly and promptly to stakeholders. 
  • Collaborate consistently with cross-functional teams and management. 
  • Work with Product Owners to identify and remove blockers. 
  • Prepare and present progress reports, proposals, requirement documents, and presentations as needed. 
  • Execute various tasks as required, including process improvement efforts not directly tied to a specific project. 
  • Provide administrative support to Project Management leadership as needed. 

Qualifications & Skills  

  • Experience coordinating efforts across non-direct-report team members. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
  • Ability to adapt swiftly to changing priorities and tasks. 
  • Capable of working independently and collaboratively. 
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft Office suite. 
  • Technical understanding of data analytics. 

Education & Experience  

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience. 

Working Relationships  

  • Foster effective interdepartmental relationships to resolve issues. 
  • Communicate effectively with project teams, cross-functional partners, leadership, and external parties. 

Other Requirements  

  • Must pass vehicle checks. 
  • Full-time, in-office initial period, with potential for remote work after about 30 days.
