Hybrid, Part-time - On Site and Telework
I. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES
Performs project management responsibilities for the Chief Information Officer (CIO) and Deputy CIO (DCIO). Will oversee special projects related to TxDMV Information Technology Services Division (ITSD) operations including, but not limited to, budgeting, communications, and process improvement.
II. CANDIDATE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

| 5 | Required | Experience with State of Texas agency budgeting and financial management. |
| 5 | Required | Experience with State of Texas agency operations as part of the Texas Department of Information Resources (DIR) Data Center Services (DCS) program. |
| 5 | Required | Experience overseeing multiple projects with overlapping priorities at a State of Texas agency. |
| 5 | Required | Experience communicating with various stakeholders at all levels within a State of Texas agency including executive leadership, board members, other division leadership, and front-line staff. |
| 5 | Required | Knowledge of project management principals and methodologies. |
| 5 | Preferred | Experience as a Chief Information Officer or other relevant role at a State of Texas agency. |
Note : Expected Start Date 09/01/2025 and Expected End Date 08/31/2026 . May be amended, renewed, and/or extended providing both parties agree to do so in writing.
The primary work location(s) will be Remote with occasional in office .
Normal business hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, excluding State holidays when the agency is closed.
