LUV Car Wash was founded in Sept of 2021, and we have rapidly grown to over 70 locations in 6 states, including CA, NV, FL, GA, PA, and NJ. We are looking to add a Service Advisor to our growing team to help us continue our mission to become the best car wash in the industry.

Reports to: Director of Membership Sales
FLSA Status: Exempt
Ability to stand for extended periods during training sessions and events
Capability to perform outdoor training sessions, which may involve exposure to varying weather conditions
Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs.
Essential Functions
Assessing the sales team's skill levels and training needs
Manage the process of employee terminations and handle the necessary documentation
Partner with hiring managers and recruiters to assess staffing needs
Enforce disciplinary measures as necessary
Participate in the candidate selection/interview process for sales advisors
Developing training materials, presentations and activities
Conducting training sessions either in person or virtually
Responsible for obtaining conversion rate and RPC Goals
Boost member engagement at designated site locations
Develop sales strategies to achieve company membership churn goals
Monitor and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs
Providing ongoing coaching and support to sales advisors
Collaborating with general managers and district managers to implement sales strategies and initiatives
Keeping up to date on industry trends and best practices in sales training
Traveling to different locations within the region to deliver training sessions with sales advisors
Job holder must demonstrate current competencies applicable to the job position. Every employee is required to remain updated on company policies and affairs through appropriate sources, such as the internal employee website.
EDUCATION: High school education, preferred some college, AA or related field
Experience
Minimum of 3 Years of experience in sales, sales training, sales management, or a related role
Requirements
REQUIREMENTS:
Strong background in sales and training, with in-depth knowledge of sales and processes
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Proficiency in using various training tools and technologies
Must be willing to travel up to 75%
Bilingual requirement varies by region
