Key Responsibilities:

As a Director at Chick-fil-A Florissant, you will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence and fostering a high-performance culture. Your leadership will be essential in achieving remarkable results across all areas of the restaurant. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Maintain Food & Team Safety: Ensure a work environment that promotes food safety and team safety, adhering to Chick-fil-A’s standards and best practices.
  • Deliver Operational Excellence: Coordinate with other leaders to deliver remarkable results across all areas of the restaurant, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional service.
  • Be a Good Steward: Implement procedures to reduce costs, increase productivity, and promote sales, driving profitability and sustainable growth.
  • Build High-Performance Teams: Identify, coach, and develop leaders for both Front of House and Back of House operations, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
  • Manage and Develop a Large Team: Lead and inspire a team of over 100 team members, creating a compelling vision and holding individuals accountable to high standards of performance.
  • Enhance Overall Restaurant Results: Work cross-functionally with other department leaders, attending Director meetings and setting high-level collaborative goals to enhance overall restaurant performance.
  • Foster Collaboration and Communication: Encourage open communication and collaboration among team members and leaders, promoting a unified approach to achieving the restaurant’s objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Passion for Chick-fil-A's values
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 2 years of Leadership experience
  • Excellent organizational, coaching, and leadership skills
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Ability to work weekends and on-site.
  • Hospitality experience
