Job Description



The base salary for this position is $23.88 hourly.

Step into the role of Retail Coordinator, where you'll be the orchestrator of seamless operations and the guardian of exceptional customer service. As the behind-the-scenes maestro, you'll ensure that our boutique runs like a well-tuned symphony.

  • Welcome customers with a gracious demeanor, creating an inviting atmosphere that reflects the essence of luxury.
  • Take the lead in orchestrating the day-to-day operations, ensuring the boutique is a finely tuned instrument of efficiency.
  • Coordinate with various departments to maintain optimal inventory levels and oversee visual merchandising initiatives
  • Be the point person for customer inquiries and concerns, working diligently to provide swift and satisfactory resolutions.
  • Keep the team informed about upcoming promotions, events, and any changes to operational procedures.
  • Oversee inventory management, from regular stock checks to coordinating restocking efforts.
  • Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to maintain a curated selection of products that align with the boutique's standards.

  • Previous experience in the realm of luxury retail 
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to engage with our guests
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
