This full-time position is based at our vibrant headquarters. It is important to note that this is not a remote job, and the ideal candidate will be expected to work onsite to interact directly with our diverse clientele. Duties and Responsibilities

• Sell yourself and make a great impression of your workplace and process.
• Determine each customer's vehicle needs by asking questions and listening.
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge and enthusiasm for the vehicles, and accessories.
• Lead customers through proven selling steps that close deals.
• Deliver vehicles to customers, ensuring the customer understands the product features, warranty, and paperwork to lay the foundation for customer loyalty.
• Maintain customer information and contacts in CRM.
• Follow-up with existing customers to build relationships that encourage repeat and referral business.
• Develop new business through focused personal marketing efforts through direct mail, networking affiliations, and telemarketing.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of pricing and specifications of competitive vehicles to provide clients with informative comparisons.

Requirements

• Individuals with experience in food/beverage, hospitality, retail sales, insurance, and real estate, or who are just out of college or the military, are highly encouraged to apply.
• Sales experience in ANY industry is welcome - excellent training is provided!
• An energetic and outgoing 'people person' that's motivated to succeed.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• A positive attitude, good work ethic, and professional appearance.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be authorized to work in the USA.
• Able to pass pre-employment background checks, MVR, and drug screens.
• Must have a valid driver's license.

MyCar is offering a $3,000 sign-on bonus for new Sales Consultants. Bonus will be paid in full after your first 3 months of employment, provided you achieve a minimum of 30 vehicle sales during that period.
