From designing the most advanced **Further Information About This Opportunity** Palmdale, CA \(copy and paste the below\) This position is in Palmdale, CA  Discover Palmdale\. **Basic Qualifications:** - Experience in a manufacturing shop floor environment working cross functionally with other disciplines including design engineering and systems engineering, build team, planning, scheduling, Quality Assurance - Experience with some combination of the following: experience with manufacturing processes and procedures including: fabrication, assembly, machining, and electrical in several disciplines including composites, metallics, machining, bonded assemblies &/or installations - Experience with engineering blueprints, process specifications and manufacturing planning\. - Experience with Manufacturing Bill of Materials \(MBOMs\) -Experience with MRP system or SAP or other Manufacturing Execution System \(MES\) application -Secret Clearance with an investigation within the last 5 years \- required to apply and the ability to obtain and maintain special program access prior to start\. **Desired Skills:** -Bachelor's degree or higher education in Manufacturing Engineering or other related technical field -Understanding of Product Lifecycle Management \(PLM\) / Manufacturing Execution Systems \(MES\) - Experience supporting various projects and coordinating activities related to the full life cycle of projects from conception to delivery - Must have demonstrated effective communication skills and demonstrated ability to successfully work with other team members including Operations, Production Control, Quality Assurance, IT, Planning and Engineering\. - Demonstrated ability to drive issues to closure and develop preventative action plan to limit failures in the future\. - Demonstrated ability to solve logistical issues and lead efforts to drive mission success\. - Experience working with suppliers in an aircraft modification and manufacturing environment - Program Access **Security Clearance Statement:** This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration\. **Clearance Level:** Secret with Investigation or CV date within 5 years **Other Important Information You Should Know** **Expression of Interest:** By applying to this job, you are expressing interest in this position and could be considered for other career opportunities where similar skills and requirements have been identified as a match\. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits\. **Schedule for this Position:** 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week **Pay Rate:** The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York \(excluding most major metropolitan areas\), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Washington or Washington DC is $81,600 \- $143,865\. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location\. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only\.
