Job Description
We’re a dynamic and growing medical practice looking for a highly organized, proactive, and versatile individual to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys variety, and is skilled at keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with marketing efforts, including creating and posting job ads and basic promotional materials.
Order and track medical office and supply inventory.
Help manage our small t-shirt shop (orders, stock, customer service).
Schedule interviews and coordinate calendars.
Answer and organize emails professionally and promptly.
Support employee onboarding and HR document preparation.
Maintain accurate digital and paper filing systems.
Create and manage spreadsheets and internal documentation.
Help plan and coordinate events, including our annual Christmas party.
Qualifications:
Prior experience in an administrative, personal assistant, or office support role.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace. (especially Excel or Sheets)
Friendly, flexible, and a team player with a “can-do” attitude.
Ability to manage multiple priorities with efficiency and professionalism.
Bonus Points For:
Experience with small business marketing. (email, social, local ads)
Knowledge of ordering systems or inventory management.
Creative event planning or hospitality experience.
